About BaseCamp 10

BaseCamp 10 was established in 2016 in Maui, Hawaii.  People often ask what the meaning is behind our company’s name.  When I was 10 years old, my cousins and I would visit the local store where they purchased candy but teased me because I chose Vogue magazine instead.  It was my “go to spot” if you will for sourcing the latest trends in fashion.

This specific memory at the age of ten was when I realized my interest for design, and from that point on I set out on a path of exploring my inner talents.  Throughout life I have found myself on a journey discovering what resonates with my soul.

Nature has always been my greatest inspiration as well as mystical symbolisms.  One of fashion’s greatest icons,  Bridget Bardot, once coined a small fishing village as “basecamp” when it was transformed into a glamorous spot now recognized as San Tropez, France.

That combination of a childlike spirit, along with the energy of a place where all are drawn to is the essence of our company.  Basecamp10 is an online destination featuring extraordinary designs, both contemporary and chic.
